barfus.cloud QBO Connector

A private, read-only integration that takes a daily snapshot of the accounting data of the operator's own QuickBooks Online companies. The snapshots are compared day by day so that retroactive changes to closed periods, vendor records or accounts become visible early. It is used for internal bookkeeping review and owner reporting only.

How it works

  1. The operator authorizes the application once per company via Intuit's OAuth 2.0 consent screen.
  2. A server-side collector without any AI model calls the read-only endpoints listed above once per day.
  3. Results are stored as dated snapshots with checksums; differences to the previous day are reported to the operator.
  4. Disconnecting the application in QuickBooks Online revokes access immediately (see disconnect).
